Trying Not To Become Content

Strange.. you live
and think about how it will look.

Not “am I happy,”
but “is this worth showing?”

The phone in your pocket becomes a quiet observer.
It is not always recording.
But it always could.

And somewhere between these states, something shifts.

You are no longer fully inside moments.
You begin arranging them instead.

..this could be a story
..this is nothing
..this is beautiful, but nobody would understand it

And then a question appears. Not dramatic, just quiet:

is this still my experience,
if part of it is already watching itself from the outside?

The strangest part is that nothing falls apart.
Life continues normally.

You eat. You walk. You talk. You laugh.

But somewhere in the background, a second layer appears:

“How would this look on a screen?”

And it is not bad.
It is not even wrong.

But beside it, even ordinary moments begin behaving differently.

Even silence.
Even boredom.
Even simply existing.

And sometimes it feels like the most valuable thing you protect today
is not privacy.

But a moment that never becomes content.
