Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selection
Change of mind
However, if your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@nooksy.com , including photos of the issue.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
We do not require you to return damaged items unless specifically requested.
Nooksy works with Printful to ensure quality, but occasional issues may occur, and we are here to help resolve them.
